Hi Friends,

So as you know later this Fall, I will transferring to university. I have a choice either to stay at dorm or apartment. Well my sisters and friends suggest me to stay at dorm since this will be my first year in university and also a good chance to practice my English, which is sucks as you can see in my grammar.

If you stay at dorm, you will meet a lot of new friends *not indonesian anymore*. I can practice my communication skills and also close to school. But the negative things are I do not have much privacy and of course I have to adjust myself to live with non-indo people. Well actually now I live with Hong Kong and Japanese people but I think the situation in dorm is different. About food *nah* I do not care, I am pretty bless that I can eat whatever from american, asian, mexican, etc and from good quality until abang-abang quality.

If I stay at aparment, I will have much more privacy and most likely I will live with Indonesian students too. The negative things are I can not practice my English often *since I will always talk Indonesian* and I have to pay for electricity, gas, water, etc. Besides it is kind of hard to find apartment and find a good roommate. Also it will be pretty far from the dorm and it will hard to go out especially in winter.

So friends, what do you suggest for me? or maybe do you have any experience to live at both places. I know some of you guys only read this post without giving any comment, well I hope you can help which one I have to choose.
