NB: Should I consider this offer? since my goal is to Purdue University and they already accepted me. FYI, Penn State is 4th for Industrial Engineering, while Purdue is 2nd.

    r u kidding me? you got accepted already at Purdue, and they even the 2nd. Why should u consider another offer from the 4th? Unless you got an offer from the 1st…which is…I dunno….hehee….
